MaryJo Bailey got an Honorable Mention at the New York State Fair for her Waterlilies quilt from Helen Marshall's class.

Charla Sackman won Viewer's Choice with her Bargello Blues quilt at the show in Orange City, IA

Marilyn Farquhar completed Dream Chaser in Artists Revisited with Marilyn Belford. The quilt was entered into 2007 Ontario Juried Show and won Award of Excellence for Machine Quilting.

Lynn Drennen's quilt, Sissy Loves Carrots, won Best of Show at the Best of the Valley Quilt Show in Tulare, CA, in April.  This quilt was made in Marilyn Belford’s Portraits in Fabric class.  Marilyn Smith's quilt, Adrenaline Junky (below), won the Gilter-Moore Memorial Award.

I have enjoyed every class I have taken with Quilt University. They are such good value. They are fun and you have the choice of enrolling in what you want. In the real world, you join a class that a committee organized and there is no choice for a weekend workshop. With Quilt University the choice is yours to make.  - Carol in TX

I thought I would be uncomfortable contributing in the discussion area.  Once I jumped right in, it was great & I checked it daily for new entries.  Fran Gonzalez was fabulous, accessible beyond the call of duty.  When the class is taken down, I will feel like a kid losing the bicycle training wheels. - Kathleen
